Dedicated Server Upgrade

Blue Collar Rust is excited to announce that beginning in May, our servers will be migrating to a dedicated server with out continued hosts, Chicago Servers!

What does this mean for you the players? It means your Rust experience on BCR servers will be smoother and better all around. With a dedicated machine hosting our servers, it will provided undivided performance to our players.

The plan will be to migrate the Original PvPvE server over to the new dedicated machine on Sunday, May 1. This way we can take advantage of the upgraded performance for the our bi-weekly Purge starting on Tuesday, May 3. Then the Lite PvE server will be migrated over during Wipe Day on Thursday, May 5.

Because the servers will be migrating to a machine with a new IP address, players will need to either connect directly to the new server through their F1 console, or search for the server again. Players will also need to re-add the server to their Favorites, and it will not show up in their History section until connecting to the new IP address.

To connect via F1 console, use the command: connect {IPaddress:Port} F1 command for Original PvPvE: connect 104.128.58.116:28015
