July update

In addition to the new monthly update, there are some minor tweaks with the BCR servers.

Stack Sizes have been altered slightly:

- Medical items have been reduced from 1,000 to 100.

- Diesel Fuel now stacks to 80 (x4 of the vanilla stack size). - Tools can now be stacked as long as their durability matches. - Miner Hats and Candle Hats can now be stacks (no refund for lost low grade).

Diesel Fuel has been removed from Supply Signals, Locked Crates, and Raidable Base loot.

Additionally, the perks for Donor were recently updated, but not officially announced. Donors now get to use /donor every 24 hours for an additional 1,500 RP and a free supply signal. The Donor kit that can be claimed once every wipe includes more resources than before, a supply signal, a jackhammer, a chainsaw, windows, and door closers. Claiming the donor kit will also automatically give the recipient a free minicopter license too.
