Updates to Donor perks, and other tweaks

Some minor tweaks have been made today to the Blue Collar Rust servers.

Server Donors can now 1,500 RP and 1 supply signal per day with the command /donor. If they are also paid VIP members they can still redeem 1,500 RP with /vip giving them a total of 3,000 RP to redeem per day.

Donors will still receive a free minicopter license, but it will be given to them when they redeem the Donor kit at the start of wipe through the /kit command.

With the improved performance in the game, Auto Purge has been removed from the Lite PvE and Original PvPvE servers, as well as global entity limits have been removed. However, specific limits for individual entities will remain, those are as follows:
